Since we're on the topic of secret arrows, is there somewhere to report scores that have obviously used these? Or are they just found automatically?

The only reason I asked is because I noticed that someone had a score of 245 thousand on TttM. If this has already been dealt with then sorry for wasting time.

Don't report scores that have used hidden arrows. They will be taken care of soon enough.

As for secret arrows... Of course, you don't use them, but you may run into them. I was watching a recorded FFR last night of EHHS by lumphoboextreme.
He obviously is a button masher seeing how he FC'd it and had 800 some boos.

What are the chances that he would get 800 some boos, and hit not one secret arrow?

I think if you do find a secret arrow at all, that it was on purpose, because if you get 800 boos and don't find ONE... you would have to be trying to get them to get them.
