the sad thing is that I am genuinely not cheating in anyway. i have asked a few people to vote in the competition but that is all. but in the long run that is for the admin to decide, and all i can do is explain the reasoning behind such questionable legitimacies.

everytime the other one pulls ahead or ties it seems another account appears. gammydmsl was literally just made and just voted for you, when I looked up the IP it's yours. You're disqualified, I'm sorry but that is not fair to the others.

syite: not only am I finding it hard to believe that so many people are voting, but coincidentally, one of the accounts that just contributed a vote to you right now was literally made a few minutes ago...

in addition to this, you solicited at least one vote through profiles in an attempt to boost your vote total, rather than letting the community legitimately vote for the best one.

Also, to those of you that are "hating" on the MLP carving -- it takes some serious skill to make a carving like that. Considering the fact that certain areas have more light than others from the outside, it's quite apparent that there are multiple depths being modified, rather than just the outside (a typical carving). Major props to RestlezDreams.

the only reply i really have is that if i was going to alt boost, which is grounds for blacklisting, which i dont want since im nearing the veteran mark. if i was do you really think it would only be a few pros? and aside from that i must truly apologize that my roommate decided to have her mother make a profile just to vote for my pumpkin because she thought it would help. and i am sorry that i live in a town where not every person has the luxury of having their own house, with their own ip address and their own computer to use.
and TC_Halogen i understand what you mean by feeling a "loss in the community" and as a side note i voted for the MLP carving because it is a wonderful carving that must have taken forever to get just right. it looks perfect and it deserves to win. RestlesDreamz did a beautiful job

alts aren't grounds for blacklisting, I don't know where you heard that. But the fact is you aren't playing fair. You're having people sign up just to vote for you. That's just as bad as alting. The point was for the community to vote.

Also for the record the one IP that you claim your rommates are on, has 19 accounts on it.

It's very likely that Syite wouldn't be able to provide the necessary proof, and we wouldn't be able to validate that anyway. A random group of people can have their picture taken and we wouldn't ever be certain that those are the people that voted. It's entirely too coincidental.

I didn't vote for the MLP one both because I don't like ponies and because I honestly have no clue what takes the most amount of work in pumpkin carving and I love Zelda so I voted for the Zelda one.

True fact, I didn't read the posts before I voted so I probably would've went with the Sonic one.

Another brand new account just voted for you. Explain to me how this keeps happening. I also never said your IP I said the IP that you claim the people that are your roommates are on. It has 19 accounts including two syite alts one with a . at the end and another that I believe has it like this sy!te. I'm sorry but I can't just allow this. Even if they are friends of yours you're having people sign up specifically to vote for this. That's not right, if people were going to do that I would have just chosen the winners and never had voting.
