Re: Artist Blanket Permissions v6

Whoa, thanks for the genre lists! Just a side note, it should be makhonkit and not mahonkit, but just change it to Ray Mak, since that's his name (makhonkit is just the youtube username).

Re: Artist Blanket Permissions v6

Alright guys, so with my temporary hiatus I finished up all the genres for the Blanket Permissions we have. There's still conditional to do and all that, but this is a big step IMO. It took quite a while. I also managed to find some duplicates and dead links while doing this. Of course some of these may not be the best descriptions for some artists, but I really tried my best here.

Also, while I didn't do this the entire way, I found a few song producers that would probably make for some nice files. This is my opinion and again I didn't really do this along the way except near the end so there aren't as many as I should have in this list, but you get my drift.

Piano
- Mahonkit
- MarkySpark
- Michele McLaughlin

Dubstep
- xKore

Metal
- Metaljonus
- Miss May I
- Megadriver

Jazz
- MOEp

Acoustic
- Takaji

Ambient
- TAM

Country
- The Shots

Re: Artist Blanket Permissions v6

The permission for Zaghurim is now blanket, not conditional. We can use any of his songs now. Here's his reply when I told him we only had a conditional permission from him:

Re: Artist Blanket Permissions v6

Re: Artist Blanket Permissions v6

Aha! I managed to make Patashu post something. that was unexpected

Seriously, though, I have no idea of what you're talking about with the HTML thing. How about a step by step tutorial?! How do you "inspect element"? :O If this gimmick working only for Oster Project?...

I really didn't understand at all. xD

[Patashu]

Re: Artist Blanket Permissions v6

What happened to OSTER Project, does anyone know? It seems none of his songs can be downloaded on muzie...

EDIT and the link for Futuristic Sex Robotz is wrong, it has to be http://futuristicsexrobotz.net (I wonder how nobody saw that mistake for so long 0_0)

There's some weird gimmick you have to do to download from muzie. The download links are still there, just hidden

EDIT: Aha, got it. You have to use 'inspect element' in google chrome, and find something like this:
<audio id="jp_audio_0" preload="metadata" src="/download/295387/songs466/runiruni_zeiitsutofutsu_ba_.mp3"></audio>
Use that link, and you'll be able to download the song.
Looking at the source code does NOT work, as it's loaded after the initial download using javascript.

EDIT 2: Since someone asked me to: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/....php?p=3695518

Which is why in my progress post I put

Futuristic Sex Robotz: Use http://futuristicsexrobotz.net/ [ Nerdcore / Hip Hop / Rap ]

This project is a good way to find dead links.

So it turns out the next batch is opening May 25th, not sure if I can do the big wall of artists by that time lol, but blanket permissions has good progress so far

Re: Artist Blanket Permissions v6

Finished P, Q, and R. Q was an absolutely joke lol (one artist)

Skipping S and T for now, fuccen wall of artists again. I'll get to them later.

Edit: Just finished U and V. Doing the shortest ones first is so much better

Doing the ones you know or can is the fastest and most efficient solution. Keep up the good work, brah.
