Just going to add these supplementary notes from TC_Halogen. These are not taken into consideration. Just an fyi/additional opinion for the simfilers of these two songs:

{Lazy Summer Days} (Dossar vs. qqwref)
Rating: [?] (3/10)
-> offset changed from -0.223 to -0.246 (23 ms) [-0]

- song is sped up version from original, very likely done without artist permission [-4]
- incorrect BPM (file drifts late, some bass drum samples off by around 8ms by 27s in...) [-1]
- chart is relatively generic/repetitive, with the exception of the introduction, which has some minor pitch relevancy to account for the bass [-1]

Chaos Maid (Kommisar)
Rating: [+.] (6/10)

- all but the last instance of 32nds in this chart should be 24ths; this is something that has irked me ever since you first released the original SM chart [-1]
- 103.373: triple abuse; I get it, but what the hell [-1]
- as a whole, this chart seems heavier than the original, and not in a good way. What happened? [-1]

Oh yeah, one more thing to mention.

It is important for this particular batch to send in any fixes you want to make as soon as possible!! I don't have a particular date for this, but let's say you should try to send fixes within a week at most.

I preliminarily counted the notes on each songs in case it would be useful in the future. I didn't add up the values because there was some judgements missing on files (Storm Raid Battle and Chaos Maid come to mind), though.

Also, gotta make sure I didn't make any mistakes while typing this. When a file is missing a note, be sure to check out which number belongs to which judge in the official batch notes v2 thread.
