We technically can use anything from Newgrounds under the licensing agreement that you accept when you submit audio to Newgrounds; however, Tass prefers that we asked the authors of the music before we use it. I'm pretty sure a musician on Newgrounds couldn't reject a permission request even if they wanted to under that licensing agreement.Comment

Yeah, because it's free and free publicity, I think. But everyone who usually uses the CC License would 100% say yes.
Speaking of which, if someone could get MySpace permissions, please get this guy:

He makes Hardcore music and you may have heard some of it since he has 3 songs on on BASTARD POP TERRORISTS (Vol. 4, 5 and 7)
