How do I get better in FFR?

How do I get better in FFR... Just doing this for boredom.
WELL, usually I go on FFR like, everyday. o__o;; But I don't go on MP that much, usually training by myself. I would usually play really hard songs when I'm practicing, I never, EVER, play songs for my level, always go above that level. Dx, even though you can't FC that song. xP I tend to beat my record. ;P

ON MP, I usually play against people who are higher level than me. ;P Like right now I'm level ten, and if I go against a high level for example 15-20 then my level would probably drop, but still! PROS ARE GOOD TO PRACTICE ON. If my level raises then that means I'm improving. ;P And if it lowers then that means I got owned. AFTER getting owned I go to newbs, and raise my level once again. XD

   I'LL tell you how to get better... play with four people who are responsible for only one arrow. hahha its got ta work. heheh
