Life after High School is pretty odd.

You wouldn't think that things would happen to your near unshakable group that you had in High School after you graduate. I know I didn't at least because we were always around each other doing something crazy like midnight sandwich runs, or going to Wal-mart at 2am just to mess around. The more I think about it, I wish that I had spent more time with my friends than I really did. I wasn't the most social kid until senior year, and even then I was only down to chill the second half because I was whipped by a psycho girlfriend(ex girlfriend. Got out of that thankfully).
I really appreciate the time that I did get to spend with them though, because the end of senior year and the last summer that I spent with them was indescribable. best moments of my life. I'll leave you all with this random thought. If you're still in school, keep your best friends close and spend as much time with them as you can, and make the best of the time you have in school because soon everyone will be off doing their own thing. There's always mediums to communicate though, so fear not, because it's harder and harder to drift far apart with your friends. Enjoy the little things too. A trip to wal-mart with you best friend to go help him gear up for the SAT can be freaking fun if you make it. Catch you later guys, thank you for reading.

  1. hs was the best time of my life for me too. Its funny cause when youre there you cant wait til its over and when its over you would want it to continue.

  2. I guess its a lesson you learn about life, enjoy the present and quit preparing your future too much, the present is what your memories in the future will be like, live it to the fullest.

  3. I hear you man. Live in the moment as long as you can.

  4. Dear god, I could not agree more. I think about this kind of thing a lot. I had a lot of friends by the time graduation came that I never thought I would lose, but we've all drifted apart and gone our separate ways since then. I never once would have thought that I'd want to go back, but now there are so many things I miss about school.
