The characters are from another one of my favorite shows: Durarara.
The characters are:
Piano: Shinra
Guitar: Kyohei (Dotachin!)
Recorder: Shizuo (Shizu-chan!)
Flute: Mikado
Triangle/Whistle/Cymbals: Izaya (he's such a troll :D )
