If anyone can...could you PLEASE make a new theme for my note on psp revolution!

its pretty much like a notskin, i like the ones they give to start with, the fire, and uhh heart is ok...but I just can't seem to make a custom one!

It turns out all retarded when i play with it, so please, if you have any to donate, i'd REALLY appreciate it...thanks...
