Flandre is pure awesome! very hard spell cards to deal with she is from EoSD (embodiment of Scarlet Devil) so she doesnt have a last word spell card (but her last spell "and then there were none" could qualify as one

of course who could forget the song UN Owen was her? annoying and awesome just like flandre.
