I've gotten worse

i didn't play for 2 days and now when i play i'm forced to be in this weird position (idk why) and i can't do stuff that i used to be able to do, like on bloodrunk heavy, i used to be able to do those half jumptrill one handed things easily (on mirror) but now i can't PA then AT ALL. idk if i should just quit -.-
