i remember someone asking me how i played stepmania charts with rates of 1.05, 1.03, 0.95, etc., but it's really simple. just take the audio file in audacity, slow it down, slow the chart's bpm down too, make a separate file for the new speed, and you're done. gg. if there are a ton of bpms in the file then you're fucked idk, have fun changing them all

   also apparently editing rate values in metrics is a thing? i guess that would be way easier
