I slide my fingers quickly for the ascending rolls (e.g [1234] patterns), and hit them as rolls or triplets for descending patterns depending on if they are 32nds or 64ths. I'd make a video but I can't PA that song for my life lol.

Oh, you play split? My bad, lol. As for the one handing, it's going good, except that a muscle between my ring and pinky fingers hurts like CRAZY when I play. I think it's just overused, since the first sensations began during a game of BB Revenge a few weeks ago (lol). But it worries me that it could either sideline my recovery or worse put me in a shape less than fit for the meetup...
