How many nights,
Have I cried myself to sleep?
My head buried in my pillow,
Week after week,

Thinking of you,
And the times that we shared,
The look in your eyes,
The feel of your hair,

The touch of your lips,
As we kissed in the rain,
But all of those memories,
Now bring me great pain,

Will I ever again,
Be brought to that place?
The warm feelings of love,
As I look at your face.
