New Goal System

So it looks like there are some new features that have been implemented since I left regarding ranking. It will probably take me a while before I fully understand all this stuff abour skill levels, tiers and the new rank so in the mean time I'm gonna just keep slowly progressing. New goals are as follows:

Goal #1: Full Combo all public + purchased songs up to level 30, excluding token songs.

Goal #2: Reach a Grand Total score of 2.5 billion.

Goal #3: Achieve AAA ranking on 25 songs.
