1.
If The Child:
Is an avid reader, consuming everything from Time Magazine to Life cereal boxes
This Can Mean That:
that he/she tajes both pleasure and information from the printed word

2.
If The Child:
seems very emotional, reacts to happy or sad situations with a great degree or intesity
This Can Mean That:
that his/her ability is to perceive pain, loss and joy is very mature, resembling that of adults more than children

3.
If The Child:
prefers friendships with older people
This Can Mean That:
that his/her sense of socialization is more refined than most children, and he/she is seeking someone who is an intellectual peer - a souldmate

4.
If The Child:
refuses to do school work or homework that he/she is capable of doing
This Can Mean That:
that the required task might be so easy that your child finds them purposeless

5.
If The Child:
often "fidgets" or is out of his/her seat at school, seemingly existing in a world of his/her own
This Can Mean That:
that his/her need for intellectual stimulation is going unmet, causing increasing nervous system agitation

imagines out loud, creating make-believe worlds and conversing with imaginary friends

that you child is conceptual (global) thinker, rather than a note (piece-by-piece) thinker
