Has This Happened to anyone?

Going through an entire long song on FFR and getting one miss at the VERY END. It's horrible, because you get confident that you'll FC the song and then you screw up for like a half a second and miss. I was just doing Between the Sheets[Heavy] 1.50 Speed, and heres what I got.
