Am I doing something wrong?

Either the good people who run FFR rarely check for new submissions or I'm doing something wrong because for whatever reason my stepfile submission has been completely untouched since I made it (except for Xero's words of encouragement). Is there some step in there that I missed or wasn't informed of? I mean, I managed to ask the permission of the author, run into difficulties, solve the problem, and converse about other possible comprimises with him (all through e-mail no less!) before the submission got noticed. Am I the only one that finds this odd?
