While I do find it uncanny, the hair is not "rediculos" whether by style or color. This is actually common in our society from 2007 and now. I think the word your finding is either eccentric or flamboyant. For your information, I don't like the unnatural dying hair color of the anime character too, but it's really not that bad as it seem. If your trying to find natural anime, I suggest looking up some old anime such as "Monster" or "Detective Conan". The hair style and color are natural at least in my opinion. Also, yellow is blond and that is a natural hair (although people do dye their hair to yellow often). Even though there is no such thing as black hair (also apply to the eye), extremely dark-brown hair is known to be natural hair and precisely why it is so dark, it became known as black hair
