Another innovative tourney

For those of you who would be seeing this, you know over the years ive come up with some new and wacky tourneys and i have some ideas for some more. I didnt realize the official is going on again, still, but once thats done ill be putting some into motion. So I'm looking for someone whose good with the layout and difficulties of the song to help out with this next one, so let me know if you'd like to help, because that would be great.
