This is an interesting idea, but it will probably be annoying trying to find all of the actions necessary to get token songs. Either that, or I'll just end up forgetting about it, not try to get them on purpose, and only get them by pure luck/accident. BTW, part of why I'm posting this is to see if it gets a token. ;)

After spending quite a bit of time on songs around my FC limit, gaining points, credits, and improving overall rank, I decided to go back down to the easiest songs and see if I could get some more PCs. I just managed to get 3 more, bringing my total to 10. The songs I just PCed are Computer Dreams, Stay With Me (Unlikely), and Seattle's Finest (Parental Advisory). Stay With Me is at 1.5 (by jimerax's scale for actual difficulties), and my first PC in that difficulty range. I also black flagged Spontaneous Hydroxide, which is another 1.5 song. Yes, I know these are easy songs that some of you could PC in your sleep, but I'm not that great. Since my profile's top 10 songs are all rank 1 now, I'm pretty happy. :) I don't think I'll try to improve on my number of PCs right now. I'm still working my way back up the credit scale to get the two newest secret songs, and the easiest songs don't give me much credit.

I lost roughly 15k credits in the recent adjustment, approximately half of my previous total. Someone did give me credits a while ago, and I used some to purchase songs. I offered to give the rest back, but was told to keep them. Because of those purchases and the removal of credits I was given, I'm now over 4000 credits away from having the highest cost secret song. *sigh* Considering I still can't seem to get more than ~25 credits on my best songs, and something like 10-15 credits more typically, it's going to take a *long* time to get those lost credits back since I don't play tons of games every day. And when/if they add more secret songs, it will take even longer to reach them. Oh well, there's no changing it, but I'm kind of disappointed that people's generosity is being punished. That doesn't seem right to me.

I got three new FCs today. Granted, they're on easier songs because I'm not that good, and the scores aren't great, but they still have zero misses. I FC'ed Fett's Vette, Parachute (stupid clowns), and Crystalis - House Leaves. I had some boos in all of them, but I'll take some boos if I can get a FC. I kind of mashed through the 16th note burst in Parachute, but did better with the 16th note bursts in Fett's Vette. For Crystalis, I finally hit all the jacks that usually mess me up. These can all use more work to get better, but it's still good to get the FCs and see that I have the ability to hit all the arrows. Further improvement will come with additional practice.

It's probably not that much or that great, and my arm still hurts from playing harder songs, but I've seen some degree of improvement recently. I finally got a new FC, The Essential. Not especially hard, I know, but it was eluding me (I did get close before). Also, I think that trying to improve my score/rank on some tougher songs, which is my main reason for playing them, is starting to have some good effect on easier songs. I'm starting to get my fingers around some of the harder parts, like 16th note runs, that I couldn't before. This has helped increase some max combos and such. So while I'm still not that great, it is nice to see something good coming out of playing here. For a while, it seemed like I couldn't go anywhere. At least now, I'm seeing a bit of good movement.
