How do u Put Videos On

Sounds like a good idea, problem is that all of my art is in a blank journal. I haven't the heart to rip out the pages. A friend once told me that spraying the picture with hair spray, prevents it from smudging.

How do you prevent your pictures from smudging? I always have that problem. My hand would smudge the picture or it would smudge over time.
