Token Locations

As anyone reading this can see, I have every token excluding 18, which is unobtainable for now. I get each one, and most of the times I simply guess the URL.
For token help or locations on any tokens, PM me or comment my wall. I can also give "advice" on some skill tokens requiring thinking, e.g. Absolute Zero...
