oh i'm really good at knee spins, elbow frezze is pretty easy to learn first then start workin on elbow track it makes it easyer =]

thnkz hehe you can do knee spins too?, not many pplz do that move itz my fav move, and i failed at wind mill too so your not the only one, hand sand to forearm, dang girl that good, i can kind of do that, i'm tryin to go from elbow track to hand stand but i can't do it yet =]
