Ouch!
I have finally decided to officially IP ban some cheaters from the entire site. I am really sorry that I have to do this to certain people but have no other choice as they have not come forward on their own nor have they stopped their activities. There are also a handful of people that I am watching to determine if they are cheating or not. I have scrubbed through the scores looking for cheated hi-scores and have removed most of them. If you find anything that doesn’t look right, PM me.

Square Bear Lives!
Today we welcome Square Bear to the FFR lineup. Square Bear’s music is
currently being played on UK radio and clubs all over Europe. His music covers
all types of genre’s "Dance/Trance from cheesy euro to hard, bangin’ choonz". If

You can find a special FFR edit of "Falling Into You" featuring Yana Kay on Page
#2 of the Dance genre. Difficulty is 3-4 so most people will be able to play the
song. What is entirely unique with this level is the fact that Square Bear took
it upon himself to create the stepfile from scratch and then pass it along to
us. I am completely impressed that someone of his caliber took the time to
author a stepfile. Thanks a bunch Square Bear & welcome to the FFR lineup

Credit Check #4
Ok.. After about 300 manual corrections, I believe I have fixed a majority of the credit loss issues the game hard earlier due to my typo. If anyone runs into any snags or bugs, let me know.

The new revision was part of a 3
week long FFR brainstorming marathon in which people like NestleKwik,
Bemaniruler and quite a few others helped me pull this together. Not only with
stepfile creation (Nestle!) but the interface (big props to Bemaniruler) and
many other aspects of the new design. People like Spazzbite did quite a bit of
bug testing in the versions running up to this one and I cannot forget to thank
SuperGreenX for his music loop contributions. Also cannot forget to mention
Blader Jayne and all her hard work on the character drawings.. She took it upon
herself to draw by hand almost 90 character expressions. Thanks again Blader
Jayne.

Unique FFR Update + Spook Goblin Live on FFR Radio This Coming Monday
On monday the version number of FFR will go from .53 to .64 because there are some major MAJOR changes that will be made with this next revision update. I don’t want to spoil anything so I will keep my mouth shut for now. But I will say that we have been hard at work for the last 2 weeks on this sucker. You won’t be dissapointed, I promise..
We will also be hosting a live show on FFR Radio from Spook Goblin where he will spin records live on the air. These are always good shows so be sure not to miss it! Just go to the homepage and click on the FFR Radio link near the top of the page to launch it. He will start the show on Monday at 8pm CST (6pm Pacific).
You DO NOT want to miss either of these releases.

P.S. If you don’t already have it, go to http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash and download the new Flash 7 Player plugin. It was released a couple weeks ago and has speed improvements of 5%-40% while playing FFR.
.53 is here.. What an oddball of an update
.53 has finally shown it’s ugly head after a few weeks of struggle with it. Here are the short details on what has been changed. Again many thanks go out to gabbababbahey for his help on the database work.
* Completely new database structure
* New Php code to control the database
* Over 6 holes and exploits uncovered thanks to numerous people including Spazzbite who did a bit of research
* All of these found holes patched
* Version checking to make sure you are running the most current version
* Nothing visually new for you to see yet.. Some suprises for the next version though

*NOTE* – if you are getting the version out of date screen.. go to Tools –> Internet Options –> Delete Files. This will delete your temporary internet cache and let your browser grab a fresh version of FFR. The method for clearing cache is somehwat similiar in all browsers. Check your options.

Well, Thanks to the help of a great guy by the screen name of “Gabbababbahey” we were able to get the site stable and working again. He almost singlehanded redesigned the entire database scoring structure and php files that query to it. He was quick and efficient and was able to put up with me. 
Feel free to stop by his site http://d0x.codesociety.com/ and thank him for saving the scoring on FFR. He very much deserves it.The game should be entirely back to normal again and running without a hitch. If anyone encounters any bugs just leave a PM. From our tests it seems to be working the same as always.
