Removing 2-framers

These marathon files are killing me lmfao, stop it

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
23.259 - 45.202: Inconsistent 24th usage for the snare drum march patterns. Majority of the 24ths in this section are 4-note sequences like 24.288 - 24.631, or 27.716 - 28.059. You've already done them right in other spots like 26.345
45.888 & 48.631: Sometimes, snare drum rolls would be better done as a roll pattern rather than just really long trills
55.145: Stepping all these blue notes to hi-hat is completely covering up the guitar melody happening here
64.659 & 65.174: Missing notes
67.059: Missing note
67.316: What's difference between the singles here and at 74.516, and the jumps at 69.031 or 72.802?
87.459: jump considering 87.288
101.431 - 106.916: Missing notes at 101.516 & 102.202, but also switching layering scheme halfway through a short jumpstream like you do at 105.202 is incredibly jarring
106.916: Another jarring switch in layering ignoring the very prominent synth melody here, muddied up by transition at 108.974 into the next section at 109.659
107.345: jump considering 107.174
109.659 - 141.202: Constantly switching between whether jumps are going to vocals or to snare hits on 2s/4s of the measure, or both
153.545 - 172.745: Same issue as 67.316
174.688: Actually a 3-note sequence, not 2
191.945 - 194.688: The triplets in the guitar you start off here are going through this whole 3 second part, so doing it for a second and then stopping is really weird
196.402 - 197.431: Messy transition from guitar 16ths to 12th drums, also ghost note at 197.202
215.831: While hearable at slower speeds, at normal rate putting notes to very faint things like the '-d' at the end of 'world' looks very much like ghost note
219.374 - 238.574: Same issue as 67.316 regarding inconsistent jump usage for the kick/snare combo
239.716: Try to avoid this longer set of notes on (3) here
242.002: Why leaving notes out here until 243.716?
285.202 - 286.231: You've been layering the faint percussion but randomly leave them out here
288.631 - 299.602: I have no idea what rhythms you're following now for the faint percussion here, it's all over the place
309.202: Other instances of this sound sequence have this single as separate column from both the jumps before and after it
315.374 - 315.716: Missing 32nds
335.259: Same issue with missing jumps as 101.431. Seeing this now in several spots, very much gives the appearance that this is a stepmania file with holds for those spots with missing notes and they got dropped when it was converted so their empty
- Not doing notes for the rest as it's pretty much the same as what's already been said; the rest of the jumpstream has the same inconsistencies in either jump usage or switching of layering, and then the snare drum march patterns in the outro are also inconsistent like the section at 23.259. Overall needs way more polish in regards to misrhythms in some transitions and both snare drum march sections, and overall jump usage or layering consistency in the jumpstream sections. Sync and structure are definitely there though.
