Man this file is throwing me off so much lmao, the feel of the song doesn't make me feel like it should be something that plays this hard/rigid. Also agree with your with your comment about frame conversion, not sure how it'd be based on your bpm but we'll see I suppose
**Alright so, first thing is that it takes nearly 45 seconds of very spaced out super easy difficulty jumps and then an additional 25 seconds of slightly more layered but still very easy song until the player gets to like, the actual start of the file. And considering how much harder the meat of this is compared to the long intro, should probably be changed slightly. Similar issue with the ending where there's 20 seconds with the same density as your 45 second intro, though the outro here isn't as much of an issue as the intro. It wouldn't feel as bad if the hard section was in smaller parts throughout the song, but as it currently is, it's a nearly 3 minute song with a tiny bit over a minute of file and then 2 minutes of filler before and after. Either the song should be cut so there's less filler until the main part of the file, or the main part of the file should be toned down a bit to have a better balance of difficulty. I'd definitely go with the first option considering that the hard part of the file actually plays nicely aside from a couple rigid instances of a 1234 or 4321 burst into a hand forcing an awkward one-hand minitrill. Toning down the meat of the file to cater more towards players that wouldn't feel like the intro would be a slog would involve removing a lot of the glitch layering which was the focus of the file anyway.
That's pretty much my only note with this file, the length of the hard part compared to the filler makes the song really in need of a cut. The midsection is nicely done in terms of layering though; only suggestion otherwise being that while I understand the hand usage here compared to the jumps, the hands here force awkward minitrills like I mentioned before. Keeping the hands as jumps would clean up the transitions out of the bursts while the bursts themselves and the minijacks keep the difficulty of the file from being easier.
EDIT: Ehhh, after thinking over and bringing up to other judges, don't really think the intro is worth cq'ing to make or break it getting accepted overall. I do still really suggest a cut of the first 44 seconds so your file starts right where the percussion comes in. Still gives a nice atmosphere before the meat of the file comes in without it seeming too much of a drag for higher-end players.

Will be looking into cutting the opening a bit to make it less draggy, and will be submitting changes soon.

Made a cut version, made pattern changes to make it flow a bit better and adjusted opening difficulty a bit. Let me know how it plays!
