The chart feels quite a bit backloaded towards the end - though I suspect due to 2:22 some of the 32nd bursts goes to insignifcant sounds and the jack transitions felt very nasty as well. Given the bounty this can work on the far end of the mid 100s, but we'll see.
Will approve this on the mid-100s area. Cleared for judging.

- Offset's good.
2.521 - Distinctively could be a jump here.
6.753 - Not exactly a fan of how the 48th bursts utilized here - I get that this is for the residual clash, but this seems to be a bit too oversaturated on how I hear and play them at the same time.
13.218 - I don't think I hear this too well - way too subtle since the 48th gallop that comes after it becomes clearer.
29.675 - Should be a jump here.
**33.348 - This needs to be approached a little bit more differently - while this is similar to the 6.753 I've mentioned, this feels too packed for the sound and should better be nerfed. As it is it just illicits an "eek" reaction when played.
44.421 - Bit of a left-hand bias here - move the 16th to column 3 and the 32nd to column 4 should be fine.
*59.121 - Not a fan of this column 2 stack jumpjacks either. Either you can alternate or just move this jumpjack to some other alterations. ([12][24][34] or something along those lines)
**1:04.146 - Also a no go here, the 5-note jack on column 2 is a bit too much when the transition after is also pretty brutal. Move this to other column. (column 4 would be okay)
1:08.201 & 1:08.378 - I don't think I hear this 16 jump. Maybe you misplaced the jump to be on 4ths and 8ths?
1:15.666 - Take out this 48th, it's a bit too early for this pattern to come across when the burst that happens is stronger. (1:21.308, 1:32.593 and others are the same thing, take them out)
1:29.008 - Would be a better contrast to use a [14] jump instead of [23] since descending jumpjack like this is more straining of a transition.
1:34.650 - ^
2:07.622 - A bit yikes but it's probably fine. Not much can be done to alleviate this I don't think.
2:38.303 - It'd be worthwhile if you use a [14] jump here, and for this 2:38.391-2:38.479 sequence you can mirror this pattern since there's a bit of an awkward tension on the left side with this kind of repetition.
Honestly, not a bad chart at all. I was expecting to be quite brutal given the song choice but I find this to be pretty enjoyable even with the difficulty presented. There are some few glaring weaknesses in this chart that I feel like it can be glossed over when looking and playing the chart, and it gets a lot noticeable when you're making a 100+ difficulty file like this. FR for the **'d points, and try your best to look at other important pointers and adjust them if you need to. [7.5*/10, Fixes Required]

2.521 - k
13.218 - Looking again, it sounds closer to 13.189, maybe that's y it sounded off?
29.675 - k
**33.348 - wat if I just remove 33.378-33.436 instead?
44.421 - ur suggestion makes it right-hand bias'd now, so i decided to do a more equal bias'd pattern. Also recheck 44.750-45.169
*59.121 - y is this part considered bad?
**1:04.146 - not sure wat u wanted me to move to column 4, but wat if i just break up the 5-note jack instead?
1:08.201/1:08.378 - Kick = jump
1:15.666/1:21.308/1:32.593 - k. also not sure wat u meant by "others" since 1:32.593 was the last of those sections
1:29.008/1:17.723/1:23.365 - can i do [13] instead? i don't want to conflict w/ the [14] noise of 1:29.272/etc
1:34.650 - ^
2:38.303 - k

*59.121 - It's not exactly bad per se, but there's an awkward tension on the inward column (in this case column 2) when playing a 170bpm mini jumpjack. There's a decent chance for that jumpjack to be a bootrap as you're instinctively trying to hit the column 2 triple jack than the entire 3-note jumpjack. I tried to isolate this 5 times in a row and I can only hit them in like 2 out of 5 times, so it's quite a bit of a coinflip.
Most of these are resolved, so I'm setting this to Change Recommended to accomodate for the last *'d point. If you don't want to change it then you have to acknowledge that yourself, before I put this to acceptance.

Change is good enough for acceptance. Hopefully people will find this less frustrating to grind for now.
Setting this to Accepted.
