Unjudged
It's from the stepcon.
Presuming Layla's version goes in according to stepcon rules, this is submitted as a [Light] version of the song, but with a couple of those bad difficulty spikes sanded down (removed the minijacks from the piano fill, replaced the trill with staircase) which should hopefully make it more inline with the rest of the chart.

- The sim folder name isn't as expected: "GET OVER IT ! [Light] (Devonin)" vs "GET OVER IT ! [Light] (devonin)"

- 5.344: move to 5.241?
- 9.172: move to 3 to avoid clashing with 9.379, or move 9.379 to 3
- 10.413: not sure if it deserves a quad
- 10.620-14.965: same sounds as the previous section, but suddenly easier. 12.482-12.896 did get more notes, but the whole 10.620-12.069 is gone.
- 15.586: move to 4, not the same pitch
- 16.620, 18.275, 19.931, etc.: same sound but all layered differently

** 36.482-1:01.310: this is the most interesting part of the song, but the chart goes the other way and makes it the easiest part of the chart. Especially if stuff like the 33.793-35.655 stream and 1:21.615-1:23.167 exist, this section can certainly be more layered; otherwise, I'd prefer the rest of the chart being nerfed.
** 1:16.650-1:19.547, 1:23.271-1:36.512: same as above
- 1:00.069: same sound as 59.655

- 1:40.236-1:40.857: could be singles considering how 1:41.064-1:43.133 was stepped
- 1:43.133-2:09.615: refer to the first 6 lines above

Each section plays fine independently, but they don't feel very cohesive together, since the most musically interesting sections have the easiest patterns. Some touch ups regarding difficulty balance would be needed for acceptance. The beginning and ending sections may also need a look over for consistency and technicality.
