26.571-27.055: This is extremely aggressive on the right hand. My solution would be to make the ending jump a [13] instead--you do this anyway at 33.248, so it makes sense as a difficulty accommodation here.
35.474: Suggest repatterning to highlight the melody here. Right now this just feels like a 5-note OHT that doesn't correspond to anything.
57.151, 120.829: Collision with the 24th trill feels slightly odd imo.
59.958, 135.829: This 24th sequence is cute. Given how aggressive patterning is elsewhere, I think you could get away with a more aggressive anchor pattern in the first beat of this to distinguish it from the non-melody 24ths.
63.442: While straight 24ths are justifiable here, they seem thematically inconsistent with the numerous earlier parts of the chart where you prioritized 16th kick minijacks over 24ths for this sound, e.g. 36.151. (Actually, where are the 16th minijacks here? Should be one at 63.442 and possibly 63.829 as well, no?)
* 88.990-91.184: The use of jumps for this percussion feels way overdone to me. This is the wind-up to the hardstyle-ish section beginning at 91.313, which is much more intense musically but way easier in the chart. Single-note jacks with jumps at 90.796 and 91.184 would get the point across perfectly fine. Compare with the climax at 113.635 which feels much more justified.
114.151, 114.926: Hmmm... not really keen on reducing these sounds to simple quads, particularly because the two sound so different. If you do keep the quads, I'd actually recommend removing the single notes at 114.280 and 115.055 to emphasize the quad sounds further using negative space (as opposed to keeping these notes to the relatively much softer melody).

Interesting chart, uses a lot of pretty aggressive patterns. Many, many jacks into one-handed jumps, both in the 24th trills and some of the 16th minijacks at the start of the file particularly. A fair bit of hand bias strung together by 8th notes to prevent release of tension, some other mean stuff like 66.926. It's not particularly my style, but overall it's done sensibly and not spikily. I do really want to see 88.990 addressed though, it feels like a pretty egregious mismatch between song and chart intensity for a chart that is otherwise well conceptualized and put together.
