Permission good (blanket)
Sync good
Metadata good
Layering... is hard to discern due to the nature of the song. It generally makes sense so I won't be nitpicking jump usages throughout.
- 0.862: should be white
- 30.662-.962: what are those minijacks for?
- 36.861, 37.662, 37.861(unsure), 41.961: white
- 56.662: ugh okay
* 1:01.261-1:02.461: there's a lot going on here, namely the S-shaped minijack at 1:01.662 and very tricky left hand right after it. The last 32nd at 1:02.412 is not audible to me at 100% speed, and if it's removed and 1:02.461 is changed to [14] it would be a lot more manageable.
- 1:16.062: white
- 1:17.362: another S-shaped minijack
- 1:38.862: white here, not 1:39.053
* 1:34.661: suggest breaking the column 2 jack instead of 4 to avoid the long anchor
- 1:59.661, 2:01.262, 2:06.062, 2:07.661, 2:12.462, 2:14.062, : white
I stopped shivering. The spikes at *s are not too severe, but could benefit from a bit of cleanup.

Perms are good
Metadata is good
Sync is good enough but I would recommend -0.064 for better accuracy. With the 192nd early color theoried notes it does create a noticeable desync with the waveform. (though realistically still hard to notice while playing)
00:03.953 - Consider moving to 3, theres no repeated sound to justify the minijack and the same-hand transition into the 4jack is really abrasive.
00:04.053 - This 4jack is kinda flimsy, the sound isn't really repeating and the rhythm breaks into 32nds @ 00:04.312. Consider breaking it into a 3jack and following the full 32nds as its pretty noticeably missing.
00:14.261 - Is this 3jack really nessecary?
00:25.962 - The previous sample repeats a third time here, consider including.
00:35.314 - Missing 32nd vocal sample.
00:36.864 - Should be a jump for the layered sound and its missing your grey note color theory on the melody
00:56.164 - Should be on column 4 like the previous 4th for the sake of PR.
**00:56.564 -> 00:57.064 - This is a bit *too* abrasive of a difficulty spike, particularly the awkward one-hand trill into the split jumpjack. At the very least this jumpjack needs to be one-handed and the 3jack out of the onehanded minitrill alleviated. Points for uniqueness though.
**01:34.062 - Please, take some of the heat off of the left hand here. Minitrill into a 4jack is unfriendly to put it lightly.
01:47.262 -> 01:58.461 - Very tasteful use of minimalism here.
In your typical fashion is a rather aggressive jacky file and I like most of whats going on here- also nice application of color theory on the melody. I think some aspects of your approach to layer or omit notes get a little muddy, but I'm opting not to get lost in the weeds on that- I could typically pick up on your reasoning. For the love of Aaron Funk, please take a bit of the heat off the starred notes.

Any timestamps not mentioned here means it's implemented. Anyways...
To jh05013~
30.662-30.962 - 30.662 is actually diff noise, so I'll move that to [1], but 30.862-30.962 are the same noise
56.662 - Nerfed the pattern. Recheck here
*1:01.261-1:02.461 - Removed 1:02.412, but can I keep 1:02.461 as [24] to differentiate the noise from 1:02.062-1:02.162?
1:17.362 - What do you want to suggest here? I could change 1:17.462 to [23] and 1:17.512 to [1] to avoid the S-shaped minijack
*1:34.661 - Break the [2] jack, but not the [4] jack... so you want to change this [23] into a [34]? Avoid a long anchor by making a longer 5-note anchor on [4]??
To Lights~
14.261 - K, avoided 3jack by moving 14.261 to [3]
25.962 - So 3jacks are fine, but just not when it was on 14.261? Recheck here
35.314 - Also added 35.412. Recheck here
56.164 - This note (which is the fade-in noise) should be lower PR than 56.261. So [1] here is fine
**56.564-57.064 - Nerfed the pattern. Recheck here
**1:34.062 - K, nerfed the minitrill

Looks good to me.
For 1:17.362, I was thinking of something like changing 1:17.562-1:17.612 to 42, though it could just be my personal bias.
For 1:34.661, column 2 has a longer anchor if you include 1:34.161-1:34.312; they are slower, but make the jack harder to prepare for. Though I guess a bigger problem was the minitrill that Lights pointed out, and the current version seems fine.
