A beautiful 3 minute piano song.
Also the last remaining song from the Music Catch series that isn't on FFR yet.

Unlike the other pieces of his that I charted which were performances with no metronome, this one was edited so that the melody is timed perfectly as 80bpm 12ths.

I was initially hesitant to chart this one as the song is rhythmically the same for most of it's duration. Therefore, I added a bunch of color theory experiments to make the file much more interesting.

>Perms, metadata, sync good

1:00.669-1:02.169 - Why no yellow note for these noises? Compare 54.668-59.919
1:07.417 - Move the 8th to [2] to avoid the PR conflict with the higher pitched 8th on 1:08.167
1:13.418 - Move the 8th to [3] to avoid repeating the [14] jump pattern
1:14.169 - Move the 8th to [2] to avoid repeating the [14] jump pattern
1:23.165 - This is lower pitched, and should be lower/more descending PR than 1:21.665-1:22.165
1:30.667 - The 48th should be on [4]. Has the same pitch as 1:30.166. The 4th can go swap into [2]
1:50.170 - Maybe move the 4th to [2] to avoid repeating the [14] jump pattern of 1:51.670

>>Mostly straightforward & consistent

Judge Score: 7.50 - Change Recommended

Damn dude, this chart is so good.

***I do have a problem with the multi-colored jumps though, I feel they unnecessarily make the chart harder to read.
I'm completely fine with all the different colors, but I highly prefer and I think a majority of players would prefer jumps such as 66.667 to just be one color, I'd say make them full blue colored jumps. These multi-colored jumps just make the chart way harder to read..***

The ending is a little spiky, but fine.

8/10, FR for the multi-colored jumps, they arbitrarily make the song harder than it should be.

Fixed the chart according to all notes

ositzxz369's comments were understandable.

However, I don't see how the colored jumps can make the file harder to read. Maybe it's just me who's never had an issue (plus you could use column colors option instead), but either I live under a rock or I've never seen anyone complain about colored jumps tbh.

Anyway I fixed that too just in case it truly is necessary.

I kept a copy of the old file just in case the stance on colored jumps topic shifts back.

I'd like to preface this with an apology, I think in most cases multi-colored jumps make files harder to read, but in this case I feel like a big part of the identity of the file and the intention of the stepartist was taken away.

I think multicolored jumps are fine here only in spots where the higher notes and the lower notes coincide, so I'm lifting my FR.
