40.824: Can afford making this a (24) for the piano layering.
1:01.907: Probably loud enough to include.
1:37.061: Bit underwhelming for the sound, maybe coloring it would help.
1:47.693: Would recommend making this a (13) minijack with the following 12th to better convey the drums here which contrast 1:48.008-1:48.535.
2:06.185-end: This ending doesn't bring much to the chart really, even if musically it is pretty. Not only are the notes quite blurry in terms of timing, it's very trivial stuff after an already long pause that sounds like the end of the chart. Consider fading out at around 2:01.203 and cutting the rest.
This chart is pretty fun and interesting. While there are a few things to polish/clean up, there is definitely nothing egregious and some sections are pretty unique. Good job.

Thanks for the notes.
- Most of the omitted notes are hard to hear at 1.0x, so left as is except for 10.007 and 40.824.
- 54.991 handed.
- 1:30.798/1:31.114 are sort of a compromise since it's not just 24ths, but charting it fully would make the chart more spiky (and it's already spiky enough).
- 1:37.061 changed to white.
- 1:47.693 changed to [13].
- Ending left as is; cutting the song while someone is breathing their last felt wrong to me.
