Moonlike Smile (Mipha) [7/10]
PERMS OK
SYNC OK
4.100: This is a bit odd layering. Sure the piano note here is a bit louder, but it's not a chord like 4.774 or 7.470. Also given the mentioned chord notes, 2.078 should also be a jump.
12.861: Why no jump? Chord.
14.883: Even less justifiable than 4.100.
32.405: This also conflicts with the layering, and 33.079 is actually the note with the bass chord.
41.503: Maybe fine, although technically this one should be a 32nds triplet.
49.253: PR, this should be (24) to continue the previous ones, just like the (14)s at the start of this section.
This chart is ok. Nothing egregious, nothing extraordinary. The layering isn't ideal, but in general the chart should be fine for the low level audience with the mentioned fixes.

ositz:
All notes are applied, except for 17.578, 25.666, 36.448 and 1:07.112, reasons being those first three timestamps are much audible to justify a jump, and the last timestamp being the concluding note that feels right to use a single.
Op:
2.078: Added jump, and 4.100 is now a single.
12.861: Added.
14.883: Added.
32.405: It's now a single - for a while I thought this was a major chord. 33.079 is now a jump.
41.503: This was a 32nd before, and I thought this would be a bit of a jumpscare. I put them back in but with probably the easiest layering to go with it.
Thank you for the notes!
