A tribute to SHIKI. Bless his soul in peace.

Hopefully this fills the low-mid 60s. (can be buffed to low 70s, so do DM me and I can make it work)

PERMS OK
SYNC NOT OK (Off by roughly one 96th/12ms, especially noticeable in the intro)

53.116: Arguably missing note.

1:08.322: Missing note. Actually this entire section is confusing on the 16ths (1:07.603-1:20.753).

1:11.199: Missing note.

1:15.000: Why no polys here? Would be great variety.

1:19.110: This long pause is really odd.

1:24.041: What is this hand for? Seems inconsistent with the rest of the section.

1:28.151-1:28.973: Same as 1:15.000 but could ditch the 16ths here for difficulty reason and just keep the 12ths and 8ths.

1:35.651: Missing note?

1:37.295: Missing note?

1:42.637: Missing note?

The 16ths in this chart are its main element, but they're quite confusing in many parts of the chart. It's very difficult to tell why some notes are there and why some aren't, especially in the second half. In terms of variety, this doesn't have too much of it (for OT standards specifically). Would recommend a solid cleanup of the 16ths to make things really coherent/intuitive, or as much as possible, and resubmitting to a normal batch.

Note that in this bounty batch, it may take a bit before a second judge looks at the file. Please be patient. Thanks!

2.774-2.877/etc - Should be singles. One is just synth, the other is just kick
14.795 - Should be jump. Compare 14.589
20.445/39.349/46.130/1:35.651/1:37.295/1:38.116/1:42.637 - Missing note
23.938/24.144/1:38.219 - Ghost note (in terms of what's being focused atm)
25.822/32.979 - Ghost note (actual ghost note)
27.534-27.740 - Fill in the 24ths, and maybe reduce the 16th to a single if the jump makes this section too spicy
39.041-39.247/1:58.356-1:58.562 - Technically 32nds
53.116 - Could add a single here for the ongoing synth melody
*1:07.603-1:17.466 - What are you even stepping here for the singles??
1:24.041 - Why hand?

>>Straightforward & consistent. See asterisk

Before the 3rd judge comes in and have the verdict on this, I want to clarify something about a few of the notes both Op and ositz have given me:

- For this 1:07.603 section, I charted the melodical trance sounds that I can accent through since it's very much noticeable when playing it even at full speed (slowing this section down makes it even more apparent). It's not that weird or confusing to emphasize something else given the break section is a little bit on the uninteresting side, and just putting notes every 8th would be relatively boring and not something I would want to force it with. However this section does point out a few bits of missing notes from Op in this section, so it is indeed a good catch.

- The long pause at 1:19.110 is a deliberate decision and serves as a point of entry into the [34] jumps later on. Sure it is odd, but I don't think layering the former would be a good idea either since it just muddles everything into it.

I really appreciate the notes given to me and it does point a few flaws to it, but I just wanted to put it out there for the 3rd judge for my reasonings so that they don't get confused with what I was doing in the chart. Putting extra few notes would be a simpler task if this does get conditional queued, so I hope I made things a bit clearer.

I very heavily agree with Op's assessment that all of the chart's 16th runs need a great deal of clean up. There's tons of ghost or missing notes depending on how you wanted to chart this.

You've ended up with a chart that can't seem to decide whether it's going for a more abstract jumpstream feel or a more "tech" focused strict interpretation of the synths/strings. As a result, I feel the chart is just too messy in it's current state. It'll need some work first.

Because this affects a large amount of the chart, it's a bit too much for an FR flag to cover.
