NOTE: This difficulty balance is just too extreme. It has roughly 55 seconds of filler if we factor out the roll burst and tiny jumpstream bit, which is the same length as the non-trivial section. For comparison, SoS has about 62 seconds of very trivial stuff and about 100 seconds of total mild filler, which is roughly one third of the chart. People generally dislike that intro a whole lot. Another typical comparison would be Pandora, which is more extreme than this chart but is also very known for being overly "spiky" as a result of being far too full of trivially easy stuff. Therefore, I believe that this chart's structure is a concern for quality. It's maybe possible to have the whole thing charted if the first half included all 16ths as more of a streams/light js approach and by layering the second half slightly more heavily to compensate for the song's intensity there.

17.689: Odd PR to have this deeper kick part of the trill. Col 1 would make more sense.

21.189 & 21.356: The melody slides are so soft, using two jumps for it feels abrupt.

22.856 & 33.523 & 44.189 & etc: Missing note? See 18.523 for example.

1:18.856: Not starting the trills on the first note here like the rest of the motif does previously.

1:24.939 & 1:35.606: Missing notes, arguable.

This chart, while relatively well executed in terms of consistency, doesn't quite offer much to justify the triviality of the entire first half. The second half has two drum beats and that's about it. It could make for a solid short(er) chart with a decent cut, or a heavily layered full version, but as is it's a bit too lacking unfortunately.

Please wait for a third judge to resolve this. Thanks!

I have to agree with Op - the difficulty curve between each half of this is too extreme.
But it can be fixed. Either some kind of buff to the first half, or a well placed cut will take care of it. I'll suggest a cut that starts around 42.523, making a ~1 minute chart with somewhat similar identity to the current version.

FR - fix the first half with buffs or a cut.

Without going into any of the notes yet, I know the intro is long. I had ''Serenade'' in mind when I made this, that song has always been memorable to me because of the long intro and because it gets so intense towards the end, I kinda wanted to make a similar file in the mid-50 range. It has alot of similarities, I guess Serenade has more of a gradual build-up.

21.189/21.356: Turned the 8th into a single
22.856: Added a few notes to make it more consistent
78.856: Changed.
84.939 & 95.606: They don't feel like missing notes to me.

@ositz, I found 32nds a bit too hard for what I was trying to do, I had 32nds first but they were spiky.

Shortened intro, some 8ths added, fixed trills in final section.
