I'll put this on a Reject for now since I'm unsure if being banned on FFR actually matters into account. If that doesn't matter then I'm willing to change it to Accept.

The chart itself is pretty discplined with how you layered the jumpstream and it's already a complementary feature inside. I don't have much else to say since I do enjoy this on UEP and can only point out super minor nitpicks that I don't think it's worth mentioning.

ADDENDUM: After looking at the ban it seems to be temporary, so I'll give this an Accept.

4.363/13.506/22.649/31.792 - there's a synth note that plays on top of the filtered kicks here (this is marked by a hold in the uep version but might be lost in translation since the synth is relatively quiet)
36.639/45.792/2:08.36 - for the first two timestamps here, I'm using a layering scheme that maintains a single note for the kick, jump for the kick w/ snare. this changes for the rest of the chart due to the inclusion of the hi-hats that are running 16ths throughout. for the last time stamp tho I'm not sure what you're referring to here.
45.506 - the kick that plays on 45.078 noted with a [13] is different than the kick that plays on 45.506 with a [12], it's lower pitched and the kick for [12] has more white noise on it. honestly, now that I'm looking at it, I do think this pattern could be changed slightly due to pitch relevancy and the way it transitions back into the main kicks lmao.
53.078 - this was a single note due to the high pass filter sweep that starts on 52.649, but I've changed this transition around to make more sense

Anyway, chart is fine, just the intro feels a bit weird to me with the way it's stepped. The kicks where they attack close to each other really irks me that they're not represented as minijacks. Instead they get two different placements (e.g. 0:01.767, 0:01.910 & 0:04.053, 0:04.195). I see that maybe it's because of the other noise happening with the kick but I think the kick takes priority first.
