Collab with Velocity
As tasteful with the bursts as we could be we think lol

- The sim folder name isn't as expected: "Modern Times (Gradiant & Velocity)" vs "Modern Times (Gradiant)"

- This file is a collaboration between multiple authors / stepauthors.

6.469-6.681/16.628-16.840/etc - Could include those two 48ths in-between
37.223/56.072/1:36.469/2:03.211/2:07.458/2:08.450/2:08.608/2:09.799/2:10.354 - Ghost note
48.374-48.533 - Technically 96ths
50.676 - Ghost note (in terms of what's being focused on in this section)
55.755/1:49.362/1:54.005 - Missing note
58.348-58.453/59.697-59.750 - Technically 64ths
*1:06.152-1:06.787 - Very right-hand biased spike section. Please balance
1:30.887-1:39.842 - Recheck the sync of your white note flams. Some are before the 4ths, some are after the 4ths

FIXES REQUIRED

- 4.5 seconds of total silence at the start is a bit wack, suggest snipping it off.
- 6.787 and 16.946 are part of the wobbly 24th sound.
- 58.692: Warning, this is the equivalent speed of a 48th OHT (283.5 bpm). This is pretty tough given the difficulty curve of the file, especially since it's not super isolated.
- 60.901: Suggest an extra note in this burst to differentiate from previous triplet.
* 61.787: Ghost note, the constant 16ths start with the 8th. Of particular note since this pattern is quite heavy on the right hand, but it's not backed up by anything here.
- 88.057-89.009: Reversed PR, suggest 23.
- 105.910: I can see your reasons for including this, but I feel the file would be notably clearer without it, partially because these 24ths now go to two very different instruments, but also because the sounds here are completely different from the previous 24th run starting at 104.879 and removing this note would create more differentiation.

* I feel the bursts in general could use some differentiation, they start to feel quite homogeneous at times. See, for instance, 106.783--this is a burst in two parts to two totally different sounds, but the pattern is continuous offset 32nds and even the colour is all the same.

* 107.895: Hidden anchor on column 2.

FIXES REQUIRED - Give the bursts some more differentiation so the chart feels more comprehensible from a player's perspective!

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Offset changed: -4.56499 => -0.026
MP3 Length changed: 2:17 => 2:12
----------
Note Count changed: 1040 => 1043
Chart Length changed: 2:15 => 2:11
AVG NPS changed: 8.10811 => 8.1315
First Delay changed: 0:07 => 0:02
Hand Bias changed: -6 => -11

both:
-6.787 & 16.946 left out on purpose, felt that the additional notes here in this easy section detracts from the difference in layering when the song gets to the two main glitchy sections. leaving up to Velo

ositz:
-37.223/56.072/etc. are not ghost notes
-48.374 changed to 96ths
-50.676 not a ghost note
-55.755 no sound being layered here, I do hear 1:49.362 but am against as less prominence and more notes means more cluttered bursts while trying to keep easier, 1:54.005 added along with 1:54.164 though
-58 altered for 64ths and initial note of 4 sound burst dropped to maintain simplicity as sound's fainter, 59 changed to 64ths as well
-1:06 not as biased as you're saying as cleaning up both sides' notes to align with eachother essentially makes this section of notes a jumptrill. Any adjustment here while keeping patterning simple stays similar to jumptrill so whatever side starts the jumptrill is more 'biased'. Slightly adjusting intro and outro of this section with (14) jump pattern to break up that feel however as this is marked as 'required'?
-1:30 found the couple that were after the 4ths and changed. Also slightly tightened up the flams as some of them were a looser distance than intended

pizza:
-Fixed intro silence
-58.692 Adjusted third note of trill and jump it goes into, along with jump at 59.168 to avoid duplicate (24)'s
-60.901 Added and adjusted previous patterning
-61.787 I hear a note here. Getting 2nd thoughts from Velo
-88.057 Sure, changed
-105.910 Agreed, sound here also quite a bit fainter so removed for clarity
-107.895 Adjusted burst to 23 trill to remove that 3-repeated column

Update: New version of file was uploaded with above fixes, getting clarity on Pizza's FR note regarding 'burst differentiation' before finalizing the fixes

Pizza and I are satisfied w/ the current version. Removing CQ/FR
