PR & Layering could use some work. REJECTED

The noticeable amount of anchoring in the file at first glance was a turnoff but after playing, the song flows very well minus a few parts that could use some fixing:
00:22.366 jumpjack needs to go, it's creating undue stress on right-hand for little to no value and exercising an 8th anchor in the down column.
Missing 16th at 00:25.093 (as ositz mentioned)
PR could be handled better between percussion and main melodic instrument in the easier 12th swing sections.
01:23.729 jump-handjack is a pain for little to no value again.
The jacks that have little to no value are my biggest concerns so it's Conditional / FR for me on those.I wouldn't be necessarily appalled if they made it in, it's more-so of a Changes Recommended, so I'll move this to Accept.

Not sure if it's kosher to type notes / responses here, but I'd be interested in a discussion about the minijacks GS is referring to as being potentially problematic. On one hand I can agree with the point that they're kinda painful, but I actually find them quite satisfying to hit especially with the way they match up with the music. The first instance is a bit of a Storm Raid Battle moment, and it's pretty forgiving and early enough that I'll probably end up leaving it in.
The second one near the end of the file I'm a bit on the fence about, but I'm leaning towards leaving it in as well because the music reaaaaalllly calls for it IMO with the almost random disjointed (key word) cymbal hit layered on top of the recurring 8th drum beat. I could see nerfing the hand to a jump, potentially, but idk it seems like it just kinda fits to me, and it's not too egregious of a difficulty spike that also adds some depth and replayability.
After grinding the submitted iteration of this file a bit, I can assure you that the minijacks go from being annoyance to satisfying pretty quickly. At least when I play it :D

Reject
- 5.098: Missing note.
- 5.528: Ghost note.
- 12.263: Should just be a 16th.
- 17.271: It would be cool if these hands repeated. (See 13.012)
- 22.510: That's a very hard glutty pattern for something that doesn't stand out much sonically. The intensity nor the melody really warrants this pattern. The anchor here is also way too long.
- 24.759: I sorta get the other 48ths, but the glitchy sound is barely audible here and because it comes in at the same time as the melody it is pretty confusing.
- 31.409: Don't think this should be part of the trill.
- 34.208: This anchor seems too long.
- 34.424: This 16th anchor on [3] is way too long. The pitch also changes constantly.
- 47.605, 48.467 etc.: Bpm should be halved here. These aren't 12ths, they should be 32nds(64ths).
- 50.716: Noticeable missing note to the melody.
- 58.610: Random 6-note anchor.
- 59.471: The jumps here make very little sense to me, why isn't 59.687 a jump? Also, why is 59.615 a jump, at first I thought you were following the melody, but 59.328 isn't a jump..
- 61.194: Prime candidate for a hand.
- 64.137: Misrhythms, there is only a 32nd after the 8th(64.244). Not sure what the 64ths represent.
- 64.585: Should be roughly a 32nd at 64.603 instead.
- 64.711: What do these jumps represent and why is everything a trill?
- 64.424: Missing note.
- 66.074: Why only a single?
- 67.366: Missing 8th.
- 67.893: Should be a 16th.
- 72.821: Why is this jump part of the anchor?
- 77.271: These 6-note anchors feel too long.
- 78.419: This feels especially strange because the music sequence these anchors are representing starts here, but for some reason the anchor starts at 77.988.
- 81.433: 11-note anchor.
- 95.787: Missing note.
- 96.146: Should be a 12th at 96.122.
- 100.235: Bpm should be halved and the 12ths should be 32nds(64ths)
Reject from me, too many technical errors. Overly long anchors and trilly patterning when the music doesn't really warrant it.
