- 8.924: Won't mention all of these, but there clear swing here that's not represented with the 4th note. 8.924 -> 8.943. You do it correctly at 10.944.
- 14.026: Should be a 12th hand at 14.040.
- 19.040: PR on these chords could be slightly better, pitch is going 2-1-3.
- 20.087: I don't think it would be too much of a difficulty concern to make this a jump to the chord as well.
- 22.180: Why is this a hand? I hear the cymbal crash, but that sound is more in the background than the chords. It seems a bit unwarranted.
- 23.924: You could make this hand a 124 to highlight the fact that it's lower in pitch than 24.098.
- 25.145, 28.720, 30.726(etc.): Some sections in this file seem quite jacky even though the music doesn't necessarily warrant it.
- 40.232, 40.494: Wouldn't it feel more natural to the player if these were jumps instead of 40.668?
- 49.738: Could make this [24] to acknowledge it being higher in pitch than 49.389.
- 59.622: These should be at 59.636 and 59.752 respectively (You can hear that they're not spaced out evenly). If you did this for gameplay reasons ignore this note.
- 61.031(and later instances): Same here, these should be at 61.046 and 61.191.
~ 63.110: Missing note.
- 76.860: I think it would be way less messy if you'd just make this a 16th hand, especially since you're not consistently following the drums either.
- 77.645 - 85.494: I have a hard time following what the jumps are going to, why not just follow the chords?
- 110.305: Move to 110.319
- 111.133 - 115.930: Not all of these 16ths are actually 16ths, there's quite a bit of swing in these notes.
~ 123.284: Missing note.
- 141.249: Missing note.

This chart is insanely cool, it's full of interesting rhythms and it's quite fun to play. You do change layering schemes quite often which makes it feel a bit messy at times. The chart has a lot of grace notes that follow different elements of the music like drums + piano which makes it a bit hard to follow what's being stepped in certain sections.
I personally find the section from 77.645 - 85.494 really confusing due to the jump use. Overall, taken into consideration the complexity of the song and how fun it is to play I think it's a really good chart.

8.924: Eh.
14:026: True.
19.040: It's 1-1-2. That second one is the same as the first, just decreased in volume. There is a backing chord that is layered under the primary chord that you might be hearing.
20.087: It wouldn't be a difficulty concern but it would be an inaccuracy. You did make me realize I'm missing drum representation on the following 8th, which formed the 3 into a [13].
22.180: Feels powerful.
23.924: r u sure... You might be just hearing that 16th before which isn't part of that chord motif on [134].
25.145, 28.720, 30.726(etc.): Disagree with all except for 30.726, listen to that again and imagine playing that on a piano. Your hand is gonna be doing some funky jacky movements.
40.232, 40.494: Not at all.
49.738: Yes, and fixed all previous instances of it.
59.622: Correct, fixed.
1:01.031: Correct, fixed.
1:03.110: Arguably omittable, omitting it. Moved following 16th from [14] to [34].
1:16.860: That's a flam that I hear even on 100%. Added 8th on 3 before to accentuate the drum that was missing.
1:17.645 - 1:25.494: The jumps are going to the chords. Moved some stuff around to make that more clear.
1:50.305: Okay.
1:51.133: Yes, fixed.
2:03.284: Did not hear that, man that is hard to hear.
2:21.249: Arguably omittable, omitting it. Moved following 16th from [14] to [34].

Thanks for the reviews guys!

Didn't follow my own rule.
