Heaven's Gate (Remake Ver) (MarioNintendo) [6.5/10]
>Perms, metadata, sync good

18.492-19.031 - Maybe nerf this to 44223311 for smoother minijacks
19.031 - Ghost note
19.415-19.646 - Change to 4231 for better PR
19.723-20.800 - Unnecessary [2] anchor and lack of PR
21.159 - Sounds closer to 21.185
25.877-26.492 - Technically 24ths, currently acceptable as nerfed 16th trills
44.339-44.646/46.185-46.800 - Why no 16ths filled here?
44.646-45.492 - Fix PR. The background piano doesn’t even have this repetitive PR (see 46.800-47.646 for a justified repetitive PR)
1:28.416 - Missing note
1:28.646/1:30.800/1:31.108 - No hand? Compare 1:33.262/1:33.569
1:40.339-1:40.569 - If there are jumps here, then why no jumps at 1:39.108/1:39.723/1:40.031?
1:42.069 - Missing note
1:42.569/1:42.877 - Ghost note
1:47.646-1:47.685 - Sounds closer to 1:47.621/1:47.672

>>The lack of PR on some of the 16th JS sections makes the file pretty bland. Could use more PR and Layering for more flavor. Pacing is all over the place with spikes in one section and total understeppage in another section

- 11.416: This probably shouldn't be a jump, no drums. It kinda distracts from the rhythm that's going on here. You treat it the same as the cymbals and therefore it's hard to know what's going on.
*** 18.493: That's a spike and a half. I don't think people are going to like this.
- 25.877: Probably done as a difficulty concern, but these should be 24ths.
- 28.339: I think this deserves to be a jump, considering 27.108 is a hand.
- 28.954/29.262/29.570/30.031/30.493(etc.): ^
- 31.647: Strange to start following the kicks with jumps here and then omit them again from 32.031 onwards. Also shouldn't 31.724 be a jump?
- 45.570-46.800: Why the jumps?
- 58.493: I think acknowledging the drumrolls is appropriate since the intensity markedly goes up here, perhaps include 58.698/58.749 etc?
- 67.724: I know this is only a 7-note anchor, but this one handed pattern is way harder than the anchor before it.
- 78.493: Why not change the layering scheme up a bit here? There's a new instrument coming in.
- 84.647: Why do you follow the instrument here, but not at 85.724/85.954?
*** 102.339: Why are you suddenly following the trance-y chords in the background here? it's such a hard pattern too.
- 104.877/105.185/105.493/105.800: ^?
*** 107.570: These should be 24ths instead of 32nds.

I feel this chart is so close to being excellent, there are just a couple of layering decisions that seem odd to me. Alot of the patterns in this feel same-y even though the dynamic of the music changes. I think this could be released and people would enjoy it, I just think there are a couple of sections that feel oddly layered to me, chart is consistent though. I think this could easily be an accept, but I find the points I marked with *** too important to ignore.

Thanks for the detailed notes!
