(Reject)
Doesn't really feel like a dump chart.
- Using repeating consecutive jumps for the vocals does not feel super accurate because the pitch of the vocals changes.
- Sync is noticeably off.
- Intensity wise the file feels same-y.
- Alot of the 16ths felt like ghost notes.

Reject, there are a lot of sections here that I felt could've afforded heavier layering, and I'm really not fond of how jumps and anchors are used for the vocals here. I'm also not sure if this qualifies as a dump at all, but I digress.
* A lot of the anchors to the vocals don't make much sense. At the very start, there's a string of 5 [14] doubles to very different syllables and pitches. Anchors like this where the same chord is used throughout, usually imply some form of homogeneity/repetition, but there is no musical repetition here at all. I don't think you're using anchors (hidden 8th jacks in this case) as a way to highlight specific vocal phrases either, so the anchors feel misleading at worst and random at best. And these anchors are pertinent throughout the entire chart.
* The hi-hat sections starting from 1:17.014 can probably afford to be layered, the sections are quite empty as is.
* 1:30.447 to 1:31.343 is very spiky compared to the rest of the chart.
There are also some minor inconsistencies in the second half of the chart regarding how you layer vocals (some should be doubles, etc.), but those are minor issues in comparison.

REJECT.
NOTE: Please clean up song folder before submission, this contains an unused 20MB mp4.
Sync (offset) is off by about a 96th (19ms) overall (notes are early), no drifting.
There is very little to no abstract charting applied in this chart, not sure it fits this batch.
This chart contains a significant amount of inconsistencies, both on the 16ths layering and on the difficulty curve (the latter being especially apparent in the last third). The whole dubstep section is far too easy on average for how the rest of the song was charted, aside from the very jarring 16ths jacks (and jumpjacks). This chart would need significant work put in still.

It's a reject from me.
The sync is a fair bit off - about 20ms too early, so should be resolved accordingly.
Most of the file feels emptier than I would've expected it to be - even if it's emptier, the layering decisions are mostly strange - sometimes there are anchors that don't go to anything insightful, sometimes there are some sporadic 16th layering, and the last 20 seconds of the file has a noticeable difficulty spike. There's a lot of underlayering in this that doesn't seem to look like a dump file at all.
The inconsistencies between the layering decisions and the difficulty curve makes it an extremely hard sell as a file to me, and this file definitely needs more work.
