Reject, there are a ton of missing 32nds (12.753, 14.480, 19.611, etc.), missing notes to bass kicks, and missing notes to vocals in the second half here, and in general I think there's just a lot of missed potential throughout even for a song as silly as this because of how variable the vocals here are.

Beyond that,

* The consecutive jumps to very different syllables (e.g. the section starting at 25.930) also feel really off to play through and don't make much sense musically.
* The split-handed 32nd minijacks should be changed to one-handed minijacks as well, they're much harder than their one-handed counterparts.
* The increased density in the second half doesn't really follow the music very granularly. This is a dump batch, but dumps have their own logic and their end goal is the same as a non-dump, to ensure that the final product aligns with the player's listening experience -- often times in a way that's similar to a non-dump.

(Reject)

- Sync is off significantly
- The actual bpm is off, you can't round up when it comes to stepcharting. 141 -> 140.57

These two things make it really hard for me to review the chart, but patterning wise it feels very jacky for no reason and there are a ton of missing notes.

REJECT.

Sync on this is extremely off? From the first note it's off by a 64th, and by 1:02.845 everything is a whole 16th off (106ms), which is near unplayable.

There are some very obvious mistakes such as 10.513, 18.221, 47.313-47.845. The drums are also quite inconsistently layered. For example the snare on 23.909 is a jump, but then the one at 24.760 is a single and the following kick at 24.886 gets the jump. There is a fair amount of these inconsistencies. Anything past 1:02.845 is very difficult to judge as is due to the sync.

Reject

Sync is very noticeably off. This is kind of a fun song, and if it were on sync it could be a fun file.

The second jumpstream portion starting 1:03.483 just seems randomly patterned unlike in the first half where there's some patterns that actually follow/reflect the lyrics.

Hard to give much more feedback due to the sync issue. You'd probably need to change a fair bit after you sync it too - gets up to nearly a whole 8th off by the end so you would need to make adjustments regardless.

This file gets a reject from me.

This sync is significantly off - to a point where it extremely drifts to 90ms off on a section later on.

It's extremely hard to make this work as an Accept for me as not only the sync is terribly off, but the pattern decisions and what you're trying follow are inconsistent - the jumps to different syllables, snares and for some reason this introduces jacky patterns that definitely felt ambiguous for the most part.
