good bye funny trilll

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Hand Bias changed: 1 => -1

YES (24ths near the end are technically 32nds, but it’s an acceptable nerf. After 2:13.005, the 24ths should stop since there’s not much noise going on at this point.)

Yes
Green note colour theory in intro 32nd streams is too busy for my taste.

5 yes
Majority yes.
Setting this to 'Accepted'.

File will be remaining as is.

-@ omitting the 24ths after 2:13.005, there is still a noticeable synth melody going on under the other noises, and in unison with the fairly constant sound going on from that point, I feel like the 24ths capture the fluid nature of that section well.

-@ the green notes in the 32nd stream bits, they follow the same sound (or at least a very very similar sound) as the green notes in the middle section. Also, the second felt a bit lacking when it was regularly colored in my opinion. I don't think it will cause too much issue for people, but hopefully I'm not proven wrong.
