FR/CQ, different jump-layering between 4:58.919 and 8:28.062?

Yes
Already gave this an accept rating in the first submission, looks like a good amount of suggested fixes were done too.

Yes
I'm gonna list a few things I liked and didn't like:
Pro:
- Despite its length this file is actually very fun and dynamic.
- The minijack sections are extremely satisfying to play.
- the color theory works really well in this.
Con:
- Some of the JS felt a bit one-hand biased. (Some of the earlier streams felt overly hard on the left hand for me while some of the later streams felt hard on the right hand.)
- The guitar section was a bit spiky.
- I have no idea what the bursts at 345.217 and 352.062 were supposed to represent.

2 yes / 1 FR / 1 no
Score on this file is divisive between judges. (treating this as 2 - 2)
This will get looked at / taken in by a final judge with notes before finalization.

Consensus seems to agree with a CR status, to consider some of M0nkeyz and ositz' points on this one.

@ositz 4:58.919 and 8:28.062 are different because they have different instruments, and different intensity/vibes of the sections, so the layering is different.
@m0nkeyz 5:45.204 and 5:52.052 are for the snare roll. it picks up in speed due to the intensity increase. The 48ths are actually slower than the roll should be.
I've also gone through and repatterned a few sections to be a bit friendlier to play.

A jump was mistakenly placed at 7:42.437 when it should've been placed at 7:42.562
