- 30.214: I think this is way over the top, 4 notes to a guitar squeek? Feels very dumpy. As a result of these 4 notes the PR isn't correct either.
- 31.053, 31.916 (etc.): This also happens very frequently in the chart, notes that are significantly off, it's very apparent to me that this isn't an 8th even while playing. it should be @31.018.
- 32.061: This is one of the few occasions where I think a grace is justified and it's omitted here.
- 37.421: This rollwall feels extremely out of place.
- 37.716: Ghost-y
- 41.244: Move to 41.274.
These 6 points all indicate a structural problem throughout the chart. From the beginning to the end there are occasions of missing notes, over the top bursts, questionable PR and misplaced/ghost notes. If you're serious about getting this into FFR I think you should re-evaluate this chart and ask yourself what the essential notes are to convey the emotion/feel/intensity of the song and remove all the clutter.
I recognize this is largely subjective because I do understand what you're trying to do, that's why I'm giving it a 6 so you can appeal the rating if you think I judged your file unfairly.

"If you're serious about getting this into FFR I think you should re-evaluate this chart and ask yourself what the essential notes are to convey the emotion/feel/intensity of the song and remove all the clutter."
Is a sign you've clearly missed my objective, which is likely less a structure problem, and more an execution issue. I'd ask for a rereview, but the other sections of the notes indicate to me it has some other more precise issues to address first before your subjective issues, which to be frank, I think wouldn't be productive.
