i *may* have gone a bit overboard on the chordjacks. somehow it just kept getting more dense.

Public Enemy (storn42)

- Offset's fine.

14.446 - Missing jump.
19.996 - I find it dubious that this also shares a jump while there's only the guitar playing this. Should be a single.
1:12.046 - Missing jump.
1:18.196 - The same can also be said from 19.996.
*1:19.471 - Feels like the rhythm isn't a straight 32nd here, it's definitely more complicated.
**1:57.896 & 1:57.996 - These definitely are not 24ths. Sounds more closer to 32nds that you should continue from 1:57.721.

It's definitely shaping to be one of those storn's files that are admittedly very fun to play with the amount of chordjack usage, and it's still pretty fair. I personally don't really care about the two longer anchored sections, they seem to fit and it works.

However, I feel like the misrhythms on 1:57.896 are quite significant even with numerous playtesting, so do take a look at them respectively, as it can be a hindrance to be a decent and fun chordjack challenge to experience. [7.5/10*, Fixes Required]

Public Enemy (Storn42) [7.5/10]
>Perms, metadata, sync good
>Vocals are jumps, will be hand if combined with Regular Snare Hit. Hard Snare Hit = hand unless a Cymbal Crash comes before it (becomes a single instead to avoid overlayering)

14.446 - Why single? Hard Snare Hit.
16.546 - Why single? Compare 15.346.
19.996 - Why jump?
27.196 - Ghost note. No Vocal or Snare.
30.196/41.296 - No hand? Regular Snare Hit + Vocal.
43.396/43.546 - No hand? They’re Hard Snare Hits.
52.396/52.596 - Why hand? Vocal.
52.996 - Didn’t know you were including elongated syllables in Vocals. You sure you want to layer this Hard Snare Hit with the elongated syllable of “Blo-od” ? (see also 2:02.596)
55.996 - Why hand? Vocal.
1:18.196 - Why jump? It’s not even a Regular Snare Hit.
1:36.496 - Why hand? There’s no Regular Snare Hit for this Vocal.
2:06.946 - Why jump? No Vocal or Snare.
2:14.896 - No hand? Cymbal Crash.

>>Could be harder. Eh, might as well have made this into a CJ-heavy file.

@Mipha

14.446 - Missing jump.
- fixed

19.996 - I find it dubious that this also shares a jump while there's only the guitar playing this. Should be a single.
- If there is a guitar in this section, its a jump.

1:12.046 - Missing jump.
- fixed

1:18.196 - The same can also be said from 19.996.
- see above

*1:19.471 - Feels like the rhythm isn't a straight 32nd here, it's definitely more complicated.
- Rhythmically these are 32nds though. layering wise there is some syncopation

**1:57.896 & 1:57.996 - These definitely are not 24ths. Sounds more closer to 32nds that you should continue from 1:57.721.
- these notes are 100% without a doubt 24ths. This rhythm is identical to the one at 1:47.896

@ositzxz369

14.446 - Why single? Hard Snare Hit.
- fixed

16.546 - Why single? Compare 15.346.
- fixed

19.996 - Why jump?
- cus we got guitar.

27.196 - Ghost note. No Vocal or Snare.
- huh, figured there was a vocal there. proven wrong.

30.196/41.296 - No hand? Regular Snare Hit + Vocal.
- what snare?

43.396/43.546 - No hand? They’re Hard Snare Hits.
- temporary jumps since the rest of song droped out for the most part.

52.396/52.596 - Why hand? Vocal.
- whoops. i was going back and forth on whether or not to use hands for vocals. must've forgotten to remove. 2nd timestamp doesn't exist.

52.996 - Didn’t know you were including elongated syllables in Vocals. You sure you want to layer this Hard Snare Hit with the elongated syllable of “Blo-od” ? (see also 2:02.596)
- You should really look up lyrics because that is not what is being sung. The correct line is "as if I ain't got the heart" with this particular syllable being "heart"

55.996 - Why hand? Vocal.
- wrong timestamp? but i think i got all the extra vocal hands.

1:18.196 - Why jump? It’s not even a Regular Snare Hit.
- because guitar = jump here

1:36.496 - Why hand? There’s no Regular Snare Hit for this Vocal.
- cymbal crash

2:06.946 - Why jump? No Vocal or Snare.
- pretty much everything in the chorus is a jump at minimum.

2:14.896 - No hand? Cymbal Crash.
- There is a consistent 4th cymbal through the entire chorus and this one doesn't really stand out. if it was a bigger crash maybe, but its kinda weak.

I'm pretty sure I was tripping about 1:57.896 & 1:57.996, and when I came back to check on this file, it -landed- on the 24ths. My ears have been failing me again this time, so my apologies. For 1:19.471 to me it's more of a take it or leave it, I suppose, so I'll pass on that.

Anyway, this is looking better with some touch-ups to minor things with ositz and I posted, so this is looking solid.

Setting this to Accepted.
