58.690: These 32nds become very loud here, could warrant something different than a simple roll.

1:18.253: This is the only fade in/out where you don't use three sets of 2 8ths, should probably make this one consistent with the rest.

2:14.632: Could be a (23) for PR with 2:14.288.

2:20.063: Using a (34) here and moving the following 4th to (12) would be better PR and variety without being too spiky.

2:23.253: A bit odd to play. You could probably just make this a (123). Preference though.

2:25.667: This has so much going on in the background, and since what you layer doesnt have a clear transition at 2:29.115, it feels quite off/arbitrary to play. I would suggest either integrating some of the drums, or improving the transition out of the 24ths to get back on the drums emphasis.

2:35.322-3:13.943: This is a pretttty long break, a cut could be warranted.

3:32.563: These two last triplets are layered to a sound that is significantly different from the rising triplets before them. Would suggest using something different here.

4:28.770: The transition to the lower sound here is quite weak; there is just a single 431 that differs from the already pretty repetitive usage of 123 and 432. While it's ok to have these often as a general theme of the chart, they shouldn't blend in with too many different sounds.

This chart is solid. The breaks are a bit long for replayability but aside from that the inconsistencies are overall minor and the difficulty curve matches the song pretty well. While the rolly patterns are somewhat redundant by the end, they do have enough variety to simply be a theme for the chart.

- Offset's mostly fine.

*58.130 - This feels a bit too fast to use 32nds for this transition. Maybe try using 24ths until 58.374?
59.121&59.293 - Shouldn't share the same column as 58.949.
1:22.046 - You can mirror these patterns from here so that your column 3 wouldn't stack this long anchor.
1:55.150 - ughhhhhhhhhhhh I get why you did the hands for the cymbal crash but I'm not a fan of the implied cameljack. If the transition to the hand could be better....
*2:23.253 - A quad for this is a bit too much. Hand should fit nicely.

*So for the 2:25.667 it's a bit of a "take it or leave it" for me. I'm not exactly opposed for dumping the noise with 24ths here, but the main takeaway still exists with the instruments playing in the background, so it's a bit odd to play in general. Moreover, 2:29.288 left me confused with this change of layering pace, as the noise does still occur.

The next 2 minutes are pretty alright. Not too overbearing to play, but it's fine.

4:36.349 - What's with this colored 192nd for?

This file is quite nice, though I'm not the most fond of the patterns used in general. In some cases the 32nds used are mostly quite rolly, while it does make some sense to an extent, it could have felt it needed more pattern variation so it doesn't feel too slippery at times.

I initially gave this an FR for the *'d points above, but after giving this some more thought..... CR would be more appropriate. I encourage you to consider my points *'d above, as I think it kinda sticks out like a sore thumb. [7/10, Change Recommended]

3:32.563 - Changed. Recheck 3:32.563-3:32.908
4:28.770 - It's not just 123 and 432. The 431 leads up to the other patterns of 234 and 321.

58.130 - Changed. Recheck 58.087-58.776
59.121&59.293 - Including 58.949, they're all the same hi-hat noise pitch.
1:22.046 - Changed. Recheck 1:22.046-1:22.736.
1:55.150 - Understandable. How about I nerf only this hand into a jump? Recheck this.
2:23.253 - Like this? Recheck here
2:25.667 - Transition now acceptable? Recheck 2:28.770-2:29.115
4:36.349 - The white note here is for the quiet drum roll in the background. If it's too distracting, then I'll change it back to normal color.

A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 3003 => 3001
AVG NPS changed: 10.3946 => 10.38768
Hand Bias changed: -51 => -53

All good on my end! Good job.

The changes are sufficient enough and it's looking better now.

For 4:36 it's not that distracting, it just leaves a bit of a question but it's not that big of a deal.

Setting this to Accepted.
