-[01:42.825] No minijack here? Clear repetition of instrumental beats here coming from the [14]. Similar to 01:44.295. Happens again at 01:45.864. Double-check to make sure it’s how you like it.

-[02:12.139] Feels out of place here on the 8th changing from the instrument before the hand to the background drum hits, but still sharing the same column PR-wise. Switch the column to down for the two 8ths here and you’re gucci.

-[02:19.884] Jumps starting here on the 16th instead of the following 8th? Eeh give this a double-check to be certain on your end.

-[02:25.276 -> 02:26.844] Carry the jumps through this section! Or, at the very least, add jumps to 02:25.864 and 02:26.648.

-[02:28.854] Is the 32nd anchoring here necessary?

**-[03:02.335] These are very much not jacks. PR-wise, these are descending singles, or 8th jumps [34]2[13],[34]2[13],[24]3[12],[24]3[12], etc, or any other mix of jumps-to-singles.

-[03:06.452] Similar situation here in-regards to timestamp 03:02.335. If the jacks have something to go to in-repetition to what the song is portraying, then all for it. But if it’s for aesthetic or difficulty, it’s probably not going to be received too well.

**-[03:12.727] Should be [14]111. See: 00:56.256.

**-[03:19.001] These should be single jacks, similarly to the beginning of the file.

-[03:20.570 -> 03:20.766] 32nds are absent.

-There’s a lot of small / minor errors in layering when the first half of the file and its layering & structure is compared to the second half of the chart. They’re not by any means unfixable, but numerous enough together, it really shows when playing the second half. Your streams have really improved since I last looked at the file and don’t have much issue with them, which is the core of what makes the file. For that, it’s a CQ for me, to cover the larger PR issues & structural issues that stand out.

Starlight (mi40)

- Offset's good.

The first 25 seconds is pretty interesting to me with this kind of layering, and it seemed quite variative with what you're trying to portray.

8.609 - I can only hear the minijacks starting to kick in at 9.393 actually - you can hear it when you're veeeeeeeery closely paying attention to it, but it's so faint that people might think the minijacks were started too early into the buildup.
22.629 - Feels more ghosty to me, among other similar things, arguably should be removed.
28.609 - Jump on this feels a bit weird given the whoosh doesn't give enough emphasis to stay hand-in-hand with bass kicks happening in the song. Should just be a single.
*This actually happens quite a few times: 31.746, 38.021, 41.158, etc, so make sure to capture bits of detail and decide whether or not the emphasis of single/jump takes priority.

33.511/33.609 - Shouldn't be jumps, given it's the exact same power to the sounds like 17.825 and others.
1:00.864 - Should just be a single.

I have no stakes with the jumpgluts starting at 1:03.903, but some of the jumps felt arbitrary to me, and it's not very clear what gets a jump and what doesn't (say 1:06.550 for example).

1:25.374 - Should be a single, there's nothing that constitutes that jump beyond what is already a ghost note.
2:22.041 - Should be a single as well.
2:25.864 - Should be a jump.

I think the execution of the jumpgluts for the second half is a bit sloppy as well - has the exact same issue with it being arbitrary, though to an extent it creates more split jumptrill-based gluts (which I kinda liked it more for that reason), but it's mostly what gets a jump and what doesn't that sticks out to me.

**2:47.825 - That is a really long one-handed trill on the right hand, please balance this out - left hand is looking pretty free there.
2:53.511 - It would be better to make it into 4312[34] to accomodate the pitch for that jump on 2:53.707.
3:02.335 - The triplets are fine - but it's better to use a different from of pattern since the main melodic chiptune is pretty subtle, but yours is okay to use. However, you need to fill in that missing jump on 3:02.335 -> [34], 3:02.727 -> [23], and 3:03.119 -> [34].
*3:28.462 - Strongly suggest to move it to [3], as yours create a spike 306bpm minitrill on the left hand which is quite a choke entry on the set of jumpgluts right after.

I'll be honest with you - I toggled back and forth between a reject rating to a passable score, but after playing it couple of times.......... it's quite fun as a test of endurance between finesse and endurance-demanding file, so I'm giving this a minimum CQ/FR. However, please do fix the ** and a couple * notes I gave above, it's mostly what I feel the players would be quite frustrated to look and play at, given the target demographic it points to. [7/10*, Fixes Required]

i need more time to fix this file, i have been super uber busy with stuff, i just checked out my where's bill file though and im hoping to touch this up before whenever possible, hopefully before march

Quick ping in here to see where things are at for this file, since it's approaching OT-season for this year.

Moving to Rejected for sake of organization. If fixes are made, please re-submit them and refer in comments to this submission.
