27.831, 28.474 … - (subjective, can ignore) With ms timing now being a thing, these will appear as flams to the player unless you do some additional trickery (subbeats in ddream, BPM shenanigans in AV, or use the recolorizer). It’s not a required fix, but for this or future files a heads up that these now take a bit more effort if you want them to present as a proper colour jump.
49.581 - either this is missing, or remove 44.010. Choose one approach for consistency
1:38.974-1:39.831 - only spot I hear to justify a 32nd is 1:39.135
2:18.617, (very debatably)2:27.188 - ghost, compare eg. 2:20.331
Decent stuff, but some touch ups would help this a fair bit.

Added most judge suggestions. Additionally I corrected the start of one of the 16th stream sections at the beginning.
